Guest terms

Pilot draft, October 2026, pending legal review. SUITD is run by ROMAINE LLC, a US company. During the pilot, demonstration venues use simulated guarantees and no money is taken. Questions: privacy@getsuitd.com.

Who you book with

SUITD takes your booking and payment as the restaurant's collecting agent. The meal itself is the restaurant's sale: the restaurant serves you and issues your receipt.

The price

Restaurants with held tables have one all-in prepaid price per guest covering the menu, service charge and VAT, plus a SUITD service fee shown before you pay. Drinks and extras are paid at the table. Other restaurants may ask for a deposit on their own system.

No-shows and late arrival

A no-show forfeits the prepaid amount. Arriving after the restaurant's grace period (30 minutes unless it says otherwise) counts as a no-show. If fewer guests come than booked, the booked number is charged.

Cancelling

Each restaurant sets one cancellation cutoff: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or no refunds. You see it before you pay.

SUITD credit

Credit can be spent at any SUITD venue in any city, can be gifted, and has no cash value. The base credit lasts 12 months. To keep the 120% offer fair for everyone:

Booking through an AI assistant

A booking or payment made for you by your own AI assistant or agent counts as made by you. Payment happens on SUITD's payment page or with a single-use payment token; SUITD never accepts card numbers typed into a chat.

Allergies and dietary needs

We pass your requests to the restaurant word for word and never promise what a kitchen can do. For a severe allergy, the restaurant confirms before you pay.

At the restaurant

The restaurant's own rules apply, including dress code and arrival time. A restaurant may refuse service for misconduct, which counts as a no-show.

Who can book

You must be 20 or older.

Your data

See our privacy notice. We never sell your data; restaurants see only what your booking needs. If SUITD is ever sold, your data passes to the new owner under these same promises.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Delaware, USA, without removing any consumer rights your own country's law gives you.
