What we collect

What you, your concierge or your AI assistant send with a booking request: name, email, the request text and its language, date, time, party size, occasion, allergies and dietary needs, and the booking's status. For invitation requests: name, email, role, city and your note.

Why

To answer the request, apply the restaurant's rules, brief the restaurant's team in Thai, and handle changes and cancellations. We don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• The restaurant you're booking: only what it needs for the booking (name, party, time, allergies, occasion, language).
• Service providers that run Suitd for us: the AI model provider that reads and writes the messages (Anthropic's Claude, currently reached through OpenRouter), our server host (Hostinger), our DNS provider (Cloudflare) and, when a card guarantee is used, the payment provider. They process data only to provide their service.

Agents and consent

If an assistant or AI agent books for you, it confirms you agreed to share these details with the restaurant. Each request comes with a private booking key; only whoever holds it can see, change or cancel that booking.

How long

During the pilot we keep request records until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at privacy@getsuitd.com. You may book under a private name.
